I met my latest mini-goal! I'm shocked, because I went out to a really nice restaurant for someone's birthday last night and didn't pay any attention to carbs. I had a cocktail with juice in it, wine and dessert. Then I woke up at 5am and couldn't get back to sleep. Poor sleep often gets in the way of my weight loss. But after all that, I didn't gain and was right at 208 this morning! Next stop: Onederland and 40 lbs.! That's a couple of challenges away, though.
