Liz....I just realized that we're both so close to goal. I have 22 lbs (well 23 today) & you have 23 lbs. I just want to run around the office screaming.
I do have this feeling that things are going to get really difficult once I do get past onderland. I think after about 195 the final battle will begin.

I feel like complete unadulterated crap today. This is going to be a sh*tbox weekend. I dont even want to go to this stupid thing but I know my dad and aunt will be upset if I dont go. Ick.
Hoping today that nextel calls and tells me my phone is in. I have a loaner phone thats perfectly fine, but I want MY phone, dammit! With the camera and all that. Too bad I will lose all the ringtones i downloaded. I dont think ringtones transfer on a simcard. What a waste of money they ended up being!
I havent weighed myself because I feel like a bloated pig. Been checking for ketosis and still constantly in/out. I might let loose at the party saturday (it's being catered, I found out) and start that psmf thing on Sunday. Or at least a very strict induction. My body needs a kickstart.

the PMSF is def. a kickstart. I know how you feel and sometimes you need a change up to get you back in the groove.

Nicole....If you don't want to go as drastic as a PSMF, why not modify it? Lower your fat and cals a bit, but not to PSMF levels. Say, 1,200 cals per day, under 20 g of carbs, a mandatory 100 g of protein. Then the fat to take up the rest of the cals.

Nicole - I'm sorry you feel so bad. I hope you get to feeling better soon. I think your plan is a great one. Maybe your body does need a good kick start and doing psmf or induction will give you body what it needs.
