Default Induction Snacks

I am a newbie; and I Was wondering what everyone ate or is eating for snacks while on induction. I've been told to lower my cheese intake.. even though I've only been eating the 4oz. he recommends. I found that cheese made the easiest "portable" snack.. Please help!!!!

I have olives and string cheese. I love cheese. Hasn't stalled me at all really.

I also like to make Mock Cheese Danish from the Breakfast section of the forum. YUM!

Default Induction Snacks

I am on long term induction due to my weight loss resistance.
These have helped keep my metabolism up and weight loss going:

I make a thing of boiled eggs every day.
I use salmon and cream cheese with a little dill.
Or take some slices of lunch meat and cut up very finely and mix with a little mayo. Make deviled eggs with these and keep them for snack.

Mix a little natural peanut butter with cream cheese and use on celery.

Make tuna salad and stuff in cucumber and keep in fridge.

Make some sandwich roast beef rollups using creamcheese with onion

Sweet tooth :
Cream cheese with splenda (make mini cheese balls and roll in crushed macadamias)--yum! taste like cheese cake

Sugar free Lime jello--mix with cottage cheese and a little whipped heavy cream

Sugar free jello--with heavy whipped cream on top

Hope some of these help!

Awesome suggestions. Since I've been re-inducting over and over again (lol) i've got a couple too

-pumpkin cheesecake cups (crustless of course)
-low carb yogurt, frozen and then whipped with an electric mixer...yay, frozen yogurt lol
-sausage meatballs (pork sausage, parmesan and spices)
-scotch eggs..(sausage wrapped hardboiled eggs..bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes)
-i just take a can of green beans and snack on those. Healthy and the carbs aren't too bad. If you're really concerned, measure out a cups worth. I love green beans..cold, hot, plain, buttered..whatever
