Just got off my stepper, did 20 minutes.

I must add that when I do my video I also do weights cause she uses dumbells in the program. Her are 2 pounds each mine are 5.

Who's getting the better work out huh huh?

Ok feeling good. WOO HOO! Come on body burn that fat.

Just finished doing 50 minutes of my Richard Simmons video.

I haven't done that video in about 2 months if not more. I still remember all the steps and felt great doing it again.

My poor neglected Gym Log.

I got in 20 mintues of Belly dancing today.

Hopefully I can keep this going even if for a few minutes so my gym log won't be so lonely.

Gosh, since my birthday I haven't posted in here. WOW!

Well I got a treadmill and managed 10 minutes this morning.

Boy am I tired and sweating.

Was too sick to try again but I am back. Don't feel lonely my precious gym log.

I managed 8 minutes on the treadmill. Two minutes short of my goal. My treadmill is on a permanent incline so it's hard. I am getting over being sick for 2 weeks so it's understandable. I'm happy with my 8 minutes and plan on trying for 10 this evening.

I can do it!

Managed 5 minutes on treadmill. I won't give up, I know I can raise my time up, slowly but I will.
