I did a few crunches and then 5 minutes on the stepper. Couldn't do much cause I'm still exhausted from the video workout. Oh well, at least I got some in.
Rested the weekend and managed 11 minutes on the stepper this morning. Not my usual 20 minutes but it's better than nothing. I noticed that since I stopped doing my video I have less energy to do the stepper. I hope my new video's get here soon.
