Default Easy Eggs with a veggie

Scramble eggs in butter with 1/3 cup frozen brocolli and cheese, add a bit more cheese of your choosing. And if you are daring a sprinkling of crumbled bacon.
I can't cook and I can do this where it tastes fabulous.

I have done the same thing, but making it an omelet- while microwaving the brocc and cheese and then dumping into the center before folding the omelet over.

it's even better with a little garlic and crushed red chile flakes sprinkled on

I sometimes alternate using spinach, turkey &/or ham - crust-less quiche!
