Default Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

I just received a new order from Netrition and was playing around with some of the Capella flavor drops I purchased. This shake was VERY good! I'm posting this under "Breakfast Ideas" as we usually drink protein shakes for breakfast, but it would be a wonderful snack, too. I've listed the net gram totals from all the packaged items I used, as well as brand names.

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake
serves 1 or 2 (very filling - 1/2 was good for me)

8 ozs unsweetened coconut milk beverage, Trader Joe's (1 gr.)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder, unsweetened, Swanson Products (1.5 gr)
1/2 packet Crystal Light Strawberry Drink mix (<1gr)
4 drops Capella Graham Cracker Flavor Drops (0 gr)
6 drops Capella New York Cheesecake Flavor Drops (0 gr)
4 drops Stevia extract liquid, 365 Brand (no info)
2 tbsps heavy cream
2 tbsps hulled hemp seed, Manitoba Harvest (1 gr) added to make the shake thicker and adds Omega-3
2 ea ice cubes

Place in all in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Note: if you're using a protein powder that's already sweetened, omit the stevia extract
