Sunday and Monday:

1 hour fast walking
with the dog


Today:

30 minute Incline Interval Training Programme on treadmill, followed by a 5 minute cool down, plus stretching

This evening:

UBWO (chest, shoulders, triceps)

Dumbbell bench press
Inclined dumbbell flies
Lateral raises
Front raises
Kickbacks

4 x 10 x 5kg (11lb)

Plus, dog walking

One-arm rows
Bent-over rows
Standing curls
Hammer curls
Lunges

I haven't done a proper workout per se since last Wednesday. However, I have been doing a LOT of walking (with the dog and otherwise).

Back to it today:

3 mile power walk, followed by stretching

This evening:

UBWO (chest, shoulders, triceps)

Dumbbell bench press
Inclined dumbbell flies
Lateral raises
Front raises
Kickbacks

4 x 10 x 5kg (11lb)

Plus, dog walking

Again, no proper workouts since Monday. Though as before, lots of walking, with and without the dog.

Today (rain meant that I had to use the treadmill in the gym):

30 minute Incline Interval Training Programme on treadmill, followed by a 5 minute cool down, plus stretching

This evening:

UBWO (chest, shoulders, triceps, abs)

Dumbbell bench press
Inclined dumbbell flies
Lateral raises
Dumbbell overhead press
Tricep Kickbacks
Overhead tricep extension
Crunches 2 x 20

4 x 10 x 5kg (11lb)

Plus, dog walking

30 minute HIIT on treadmill, followed by a 5 minute cool down, plus stretching

I used the Incline Interval Training Programme, and alternated between walking fast on an incline, with 1 minute fast walking and 1 minute running on a slight incline.


This evening:

One hour Body Pump class
