Default Make your own "Truvia" like sweetener!

Hello, fellow lovers of sweets! I came up with a blend of stevia and E that measures like Truvia, if you're a fan of this premixed blend of stevia and erythritol.

The post w/more photos is here, at my blog .

Truvia and NuNaturals Stevia and Erythritol by HealthyIndulgencesBlog, on Flickr

"Truvia"-like Sweetener Blend

Makes 1/4 cup sweetener substitute

1/8 teaspoon good tasting stevia extract (I use NuNaturals pure white stevia extract)
1/4 cup erythritol

Add ingredients to plastic baggie. Shake baggie well to mix sweeteners. To replace 1 cup of Truvia, mix 1/2 teaspoon of pure stevia extract with 1 cup erythritol. Enjoy!

I just got my direct email of this and think that is so cool! Thanks for coming up with the ratio on this, Lauren. What a savings this will be for LC cooks.
