I did my 2 Mile Walk last night again and it gave me soooo much energy that I was able to accomplish another video right after! YaY!
I'd love to participate in this thread!

Calisthenics
January 2010 goal: 600 minutes, at least 30 minutes 5 nights a week.
350 out of 600 completed!

Did 50 minutes of what could be considered calisthenics last night
