Default Protein Shake - No Powders

Have been making this for several weeks now, Hubby loves it!

2 servings:

Three whole large eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
handful of ice cubes (5-10)
5 drops sweetzfree (do not subsitute Splenda packets)
Flavourings:
1/8 tsp each of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger*
1/4 tsp each of sherry or brandy extract, vanilla, coconut, almond*

Whiz ingredients in blender until ice has incorporated. Serve in tall chilled glasses. Yum!

*Flavourings can be tailored to suit your taste but this is what I use.

Calories:
480 per serving

Carbs:

Not really "foamy" more like "yummy"!

Some froth developes on the top, like with any blender drink, but the body is smooth and creamy. And the frothiness just adds to the general enjoyment.

Try it, tell me how it works for you!
