Hi there Lady Sage.

As you seem to be following Atkins, I am going to assume you did not realise that the first ticker you chose comes with commercial link attached.

There are several ticker companies around, such as The Ticker Factory, which are not there to advertise their commercial diet. I would suggest you change your ticker to one from another company.

To use the LilySlim (which looks really cute ), once you have filled in your details, click on the forum signatures bit that says: PseudoHTML, UBBCode and BBCode (we use BBCode here). Then copy the contents of the box below, and paste it into your signature space.
