Yocheese recipe

This is much better even than the Greek style yogurt available in some grocery stores.

The added cream makes it truly incredible.

Default Carb count?

Any idea on the carb count with this? I tried this yesterday. My yogurt size was 24 ozs. I ended up draining out about 3/4 cup of the whey. Thanks.
