Okay, so I've finally decided to start a gym log. Its about time! :P I'm so trying to get this structured, I need to make sure that I'm being accountable to myself.
This will change when I start swimming. I'll cut the jogging down to 20 minutes since I'll be doing more cardio with swimming. I'll add in a bit more weights before I swim too - maybe 20-25 minutes.
