Decided I should start one of these too!

Been working out since 1987. Wow, long time
Just moved my gym membership to a local gym so I
dont have to drive over the road known as Devil's Slide
during the winter months and I can also get to the
gym for a workout more easily (5 min. from my home).

I had been working out 3-4 days a week but it was
low intensity using the treadmill and I realized about
a month ago that I needed to increase time and effort
to accompany low carb. So, my plan is to do the
eliptical trainer for 30 minutes 5 days a week, and
an additional 15 aerobics on the bike or treadmill
equaling 45 minutes 5 days per week. In addition,
Im doing weights 2 times each week (lower and upper).
I really do need to add another day of weights and increase
the reps.

This week so far:
Monday: 40 minutes eliptical and treadmill
Tuesday 30 minutes treadmill and 10 bike
Wednesday weights only, but did take a walk at night
Thursday 30 minutes (20 treadmill and 10 eliptical)
Also took an hour walk at night with my fiance
Friday (today) OFF

So Im doing OK but not at my goals yet.
