Vitamin D is good for skin and eczema. Make sure you get vitamin D3.

Cod liver oil and fish oil are not the same thing. Cod liver oil has vitamins D and A; regular fish oil has very little if any.

If you have dandruff, pure oregano oil (OOO) mixed into your shampoo is very helpful; it's also good to cure eczema of the scalp. OOO also kills yeast.

I have the really dry skin and scalp psoriasis which were plaque like. I say see the dermatologist. For years I've been able to control it with topical steroids and just now they quit working. I'm injecting enbrel now to get a hold of the psoriais. I'm thinking it's not related to my PCOS since I've had it since 5.

I tend to believe this. I've had eczema for years and on the couple of occasions that I've gone south for vacation and spent time in the sun (exposing the ezcema to the sun as well), my eczema gets much better.

I just got back from a vacation last week and my leg is so much better right now. I actually had some eczema on my other leg clear up last year, I'm hoping that I can turn this temporary improvement into this site clearing up as well with extra attention & more regular use of my medication on the site. Maybe I'll be sure to take extra Vitamin D for a while, too.
