Hi all!

It's me, loaded with questions again.

I went to the local low-carb store yesterday and was astounded by the high prices. A can of Atkins bake mix was over $13 and a smaller box of CarbSense was around $7.

Well, anyway, I looked on this website and found 2 recipes for Atkins Like and Faux Atkins bake mixes.

Have any of you made these mixes? Do they taste good? Which one do you prefer? Are they the same carb-count-wise? How about recipes for other mixes? Corn bread, blueberry muffin, brownies, etc. Have you had success conjuring up batches of these on your own?

I LIKE going low-carb, but the amount of new learning I have to do is incredible.
