Heat electric grill to 325° or heat fry pan to med setting
1 1/2 cups Carbquick
1/2 cup almond meal (store-bought or almonds fine-ground with your coffee grinder)
2 lg eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
Blend well together in mixing bowl.
Grease grill or pan with coconut oil or other oil/butter of your choice.
Pour 1/4 cup of mixture per pancake. Heat until edges are dull-looking; flip and continue cooking until light brown and done.
Makes about 9 pancakes (3 pancakes per serving.)
Net carbs: 6 (4 - carbalose, 2 - Almond meal)
Top as you would, and eat with some sausage, bacon or ham, etc. for a satisfying meal!
