really GOOD & QUICK parmesan dip!!
I was dying for something similiar to a spinach dip today so I sort of concocted my own version.
In a small bowl, put in 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese and about 2 tbsp of mayo. Add in a bit of garlic powder and stir everything up. Microwave for about 30 seconds. Don't do it for too long because the oil will seperate and you'll end up with a gooey mess and a layer of oil on top. Heat it just so the cheese will melt a little bit.
Serve with flax crackers. The carb count should total to about 1-2g.
