Lightbulb Super Easy Strawberry Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Maker Needed)

I love having a small sweet treat at the end of the day and have found a perfect way to keep my sweet tooth in line. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Super Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
preferred sweetner to taste (I use about a teaspoon of fructose because I can't have artificial sweetners)
1/4 cup heavy cream
drop of vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until thick like ice cream. Mine usually takes about 1 full minute. You may need to add a little more or a little less cream depending on how big the strawberries are. It is super creamy and hits the spots on those days when I am really thinking about cheating.

Please let me know what you think!

Maria

Default The BEST ICE CREAM

That's the exact same way I make mine, except for the sweetner (I use a tad of brown sugar, for I cannot do those sweetners....brown sugar has way less carbs than white).

I also slice frozen whole strawberries and pour whipping cream over them with the brown sugar and eat it that way to if I want to chew something. The Strawberries are so cold, it almost freezes the cream. It's my main stay for sweets. You can't find better STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM ON THE PLANET.

Could use other frozen fruit too I'm sure.

Yes, I make a treat like this, too and I have added frozen blueberries and it comes out great.

Sometimes I use frozen raspberries or mixed berries instead of the strawberies, too.

Love this stuff!!
