Default Sweetzfree in UK?

Hi all,

Been a while since I've been here.

I'm back on very LC eating and was searching for the best sweeteners. I use splenda tablets for hot drinks. Am interested in a liquid (no carb) sweetener, like Sweetzfree. I prefer to keep away from polyols.

So does anyone know where we can get it in the UK? I prefer to buy in UK rather than have goods imported.

thanks in advance :

Hi, I haven't been able to find any liquid sweeteners other than maltitol from lowcarbmegastore.

I've not heard of Sweetzfree is that like Splenda?

I could not find liquid sucralose in UK so buy mine from www.ahfni.com. Their version is called E-Z Sweet.

From my understanding. Sweetfreeze is a sucralose no carbs no cals liquid sweetener. I prefer to use sucralose (seems to me the healthiest). Looking for something to cook with really.

I'll check those links, thanks.

Some of the US based websites selling liquid sucralose will not ship outside continental America.

I found this one on the Holland and Barrett website, although I will own up to not having checked the carb content. It's on my to-do list for tomorrow in my local store though!

Did a little research on Sweet Freedom, and it sounds great healthwise , basically sounds like fructose or type of fructose. But I can't find the exact carb count.

EDIT:

Found nutrition info over here.
Can't even work out how this is suitable diabetics!!??

Made from apples, grapes and carob it must be mainly fructose I would think it would be fairly high in carbs, so not really a lowcarbers ideal sweetener.

At 77 grams carbs per 100 grams it would have over 10 grams per tablespoon at a guess!

They claim it has a lower GI than sugar so they say it is better for diabetics than sugar, but not that good in itself I would think.
