Default ate too many carbs today, help!

okay, i know I should not have, but I ate a piece of low carb brownie from the supermarket, and I am only on phase 2! So I ate 9 carbs in one sitting...and this does not include the sugar alcohols...( long debate about that one) ...and I cannot stop thinking about this. How come I can find various charts saying this activity burns this many calories...but I cannot find a chart showing expenditure of carbs? Has anyone tried these things..entemmens low carb line? What I have to go back to phase 1, induction now? Thanks everybody!
ps. I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum before, if anyone is confused!

I'd drink TONS of water and suck it up. If it brings on cravings again then I'd go back to induction. I personally have avoided the Entemmenn's line seems like too many carbs for such a small serving.
