Hey guys! Just wondering what you did for exercise. I know as students and teens, we tend to get lazy or are busy with school and stuff and I was just looking for ideas.
ok . i do ont have the time any day for two to three hours. but what i do is I love ot run out side so I go running on monday and fridays and I dance on tuesdays. then I use one of those balls and so crunchs on them befoe bed. it is not much but it fits my busy self and I can get it done .
