This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently every day with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Start by putting the date and then your weight. Each day, copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. (Hint: an easy way to do this is to hit "quote" in your previous post, then delete the quote tags in your new post. This will preserve any formatting and smilies you had.) It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

Hey, I'll join. Haven't weighed myself yet today cos everyone's hogging the bathroom! My goal is leanness more than weight loss, so I'm going to post my bodyfat or tummy measurement as well if that's OK. My weight might actually go up if can get over my foot injury and start rebuilding my muscles. A tube sock helped me walk a little bit yesterday, so finger's crossed I'll at least be able to some yoga or floor-based HIIT today

Howdy! Been gone for a bit. Still weighing everyday - just not posting and visiting y’all. Maybe the winter drabs. I’m back. Just trying to figure things out with this med. I’ve not been eating correctly but will get back on track. I’m falling into the ‘oh, it’s only 1 lb syndrome’ but now it’s 8. 🤨. Here I go for May!
