Smile Thanks!

this site has LOTS of goodies including some lc confections...

I am not having luck finding ANY of the Hershey's SF - and geesh I am in the same state fcol(for crying out loud)

We are having a 'pot luck' breakfast tomorrow at school for inservice - so I signed up to bring cream cheese (someone else is doing the bagels) but I am also going to whip up a frittata - got some pork rinds to put in instead of the usual bread crumbs... but noticed that most of the recipes at this site just had the eggs and sausage... but at least the 2 of us who are lcing will be well fed and happy too!

Jan

Hi Pam,
I put on about 10 pounds since that last picture. I am not strictly LCing to lose weight. In fact the scale hasn't moved in weeks. I am more concered about working out and toning up. Basically get back to way that picture looks. I have about 9 pounds to get back to that size and shape.

Basically, in that picutre I was a 10/12 size. Right now I am a filling out my size 12 and they are tight.

Most people would say..oh that isn't much to worry about, and that is true. HOWEVER, I have been a terrible yo yo dieter. I was up over 215 in college, and then again after the twins were born (black bathing suit picture) I guess I want to keep on track and not let myself yo yo back up to over 200 pounds. I am 5'10 and I feel my best when I weigh 150. I am about 9 pounds over that right now.

So I am trying to maintain or lose a little bit of weight. Not go crazy with a crash diet, but maintain a healthy lifestyle of watching my carbs and working out.
