Hi All,

Just wondering what vitamins/supplements you all take while low-carbing. I haven't really been able to afford alot of the vitamins recommended just yet, so I just make sure I take a regular multi-vitamin everyday. You think my results would be better/worse because of it?

I think you should take a multi vitamin but only because everyone should, diet or not. It's a good habit to get into. You could never give yourself ALL the nutrients etc that you need to remain optimally healthy without supplementation, in my opinion.
Secondly, if you stop taking them and you become deficient in one or two of the essential ones (potassium is a common one to get deficient in, as is iron) then you will feel terrible as a result.

Carry on taking the multi vitamin, it doesn't have to be expensive, any old multi vit will do!
