Default Any appetite suppressants, that work out there?

I need to lose weight and keep falling off the band wagon, any suggestion just to kick start me again. Need to lose weight and I know I can do it if I can control my appetite in the beginning.

Default LC does that for me

I made a commitment to eat LC and let the portion site float as needed in the beginning. I wasn't ever hungry. If you're having trouble outside regular mealtime, it might be helpful to look at frankenfoods, snacks, diet drinks, etc. What are you eating that's preventing you from sticking to the program?

I think I just need to be more prepared with my meals, I start thinking of something to eat when I am hungry and then next I know I blow my diet with a cheat.

Default Can you clean out the house?

I live alone, so I'm more free to do this. There is no high-carb food in the house, so even if I do eat too much, it's LC and much safer.

Hoodia is very effective. So is synephrine and ephedrine.

Omega 3s (fatty acids) does the best for me -- plus you get a lot of additional benefits.

Dr Atkins also recommends Chromium and Phenylalanine.

See the Hoodia thread, also on this board. It seems to be very promising. Good luck. -Jill
