Default not too many options

Hello Irishguy,

there is not really too many options for low carb bread. the lowest you can get would be the oatbran variety with the average of 11 g of carbs per slice.

I eat the HRT bread which has so much fiber, I think the slice amount is lower.
You can get that in most Supervalu or Tesco and even in some Spars I've seen it.

I'm thinking on making my own in the new year and if I get any great ideas, I'll let you know.

I bought Low Carb Depot Soy Bread my last trip to nutrition world and its the best Ive tasted. 3g c and <1g f. I figure that as 2.5 a slice. I think its better that ATkins and Natures Own.

Tesco have the Irish pride carb counting bread. Its 9g a slice and really nice. Also if you want a low carb wrap M&S do chicken tikka wraps that are only 6g. I've seen them in the shop on Henry St. Is so great to see more and more people in Ireland lcing.
