Default Zone Cooking Co-Op in Los Angeles

I live in Redondo Beach, California. I am interested in a cooking co-op in the Los Angeles area. A cooking co-op is a group of people who prepare meals for one another on a rotating basis. You don't eat together, rather, one day a week you simply fix enough dinner for everyone in your co-op. The other days you rest and meals are delivered to you. I would like to do it from the Zone Diet.

My motivators:
1. I am not terribly enthusiastic about cooking and would like to reserve time for other things in my life, like sitting down to the table at a decent hour to eat.
2. I'd like to save money by buying in bulk.
3. I would like to learn from others and vicariously support each other to stay in "The Zone."
4. I need to trim down.

If you would like to know more about a cooking co-op, I found this link helpful:
