30 pounds gone :D
After trying almost every diet that exists, I've finally found one that works for me. Before low-carbing, I was losing weight at an extremely slow pace. I started atkins induction last month and I lost 15 pounds since. I'm just gonna let the pictures speak for themselves here:
November 2010 (been dealing with depression, acne, other problems):
185 lb, my maximum weight
September 2011 (feeling better than ever, 95% clear skin):
155 lb, my current weight
My BMI is still above 25, so I'm still considered overweight, but I only have 20 pounds to reach my goal.
