Default Do you do the Full Body or Split on M and Tues?

Personally, it just depends on the week for me. This week I did full body both days, then on Friday (yesterday) I did a circuit only consisting of Db Bench, Deadlifts, and Squat. I think I completed that circuit 7 times in 45 mins. Then I felt like taking a nap! That circuit type trainging is a beotch.

I do a split.

I had been doing chest/triceps/ shoulders on monday and back/bicpes/legs on tuesdays. After a few months i flipflopped the days, then a month or so later switched back.

Just this week i juggled things again just for a change of pace, now i am doing chest/back/shoulders on monday and biceps/triceps/legs on tuesdays.

Wednesday is cardio and abs. Thursday is cardio or rest Friday is full body circuit and cardio

This is my plan for this week. Monday I did upper body, I think I did Db Bench, bent over rows, cleans, then clean and jerks. Today (tuesday), I did leg press, leg ext, and ham curls. Wednesday I'm going to do Biceps Abs and Calves. Thursday is the depletion workout, Friday is same as Wednesday, and Saturday is the carbed up full body workout.
