Default Yogurt w/SF jello mixed in-legal?

Hi everyone-
I think that i found a alterntive for yogurt-
I had written to Miz.Frog and she recomened getting plain yogurt and putting some (teaspoon per serving 6oz-maybe a bit less it was pretty sweet) SF jello mix in. It tastes great! I am assuming that this is legal right? I mean we can have SF jello so why couldn't we mix it- never mind....I think I may try to add vanilla next w/splenda

I like to make my own vanilla yogurt too. It always tastes better than the premade vanilla in the store. I also like to sprinkle it with a little toasted wheat germ. There are so many flavors of extract you can try with a little splenda to make your own flavors. Sugarfree jellies work too and give that fruit at the bottom type yogurt taste.

Only problem that I see is that Sugar Free Jello has aspartame as its artificial sweetener. Some would prefer the Splenda as a better choice, but I think it is okay either way (just need to be aware).

I've been eating the Dannon Carb Control yogurt which uses Splenda and I like it (some don't though). It has 3 carbs and 60 calories per 4 ounce serving.

I too mix a lil black cherry sf jello with yogurt once in a while. Quite tasty.
