20 lbs since September 16th
Wow  in a little over 2 month I lost my first 20lbs - I stalled there for a while but since I had this forum it didn't worry me to much  thank you guys
it was excatly at a wheight which I had for about 1 year now I'm passed it and I loose 2-3 pds a week great 
one or two more weeks and I fit in my jeans size 6/7 yupiee
