Default Pancakes with Cinn. Butter


100g of Flax meal
100g of Almond meal
3 eggs
Vanilla essc.
Sweetner(if you like it.. personally i dont)
2tblsp des. Coconut UNSWEETNED
seeds!!--various choose your fav or dont have any at all!

Mix together (may have to add more water..

Fry in a pan...using butter!
(buttah is bettah)

To make the butter.. Whip as much as youd like this stuff keeps! Full fat UNSALTED butter.. add cinnamon to your tasting.. serve on top of HOT pancakes.. it melts into a nice sauce!
