Default So I decided to make some eggs

I probably don't need to make a new thread to discuss scrambled eggs, but I had to share how AMAZING these were the other day.

Scrambled eggs make a great canvas for a low carb masterpiece!

A couple friends were over, so I decided to make breakfast. I mixed about 10 eggs together with a bit of half and half. In a separate pan I begin to saute some mushrooms (PLENTY of butter). Then I begin to think of things I could have that might go good with this operation. Well, I realized that the sky was the limit really!

In the saute pan, I added to the chopped mushrooms: peppers; onions; and some small, cooked, tailless shrimp . I put the eggs in another pan, grated a bunch of colby cheese into them, and added the remaining ingredients. I proceeded to season the dish with salt, pepper, and some montreal steak seasoning and my once blank canvas turned into a delicious work of LC art!
They tasted incredible!

My only regret was that I neglected to take a photo. oh what might have been....

Sounds like a good thread topic to me.
