Default Curried Eggs...surprisingly good!

I got experimental this morning, and tried some curry in my morning eggs. Check it out:

3 eggs
Drop of half/half
1/2 tsp curry powder
3 dashes of tobasco
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup grated white cheddar cheese (estimate, I have it grated and just grab a bit.)

Scramble all ingredients, EXCEPT CHEESE in a bowl and set aside.

Heat your pan, and melt a bit of butter in it to coat.

Add the eggs. Be sure to keep them moving, as the half/half will burn if it sits too long.

As the eggs get firm, add the cheese, mix up once or twice to get the melt going, then plate.

The taste is great. The curry adds a nice sweetness, and the Tabasco adds a little heat. Of course the cheese is just...AWESOME!

I also have a couple slices of bacon or sausage on the side.

Try it out!
