Default Work It

A gym log seems suitable for a means to an end.

My plan is to Excercise everyday. I currently live a pretty sedentary life. I am up and down at work most days but I don't think that this counts for much.

Curves blew me off for my first work out on Saturday due to a blizzard so I guess I will forgive them. I called first thing this morning and rescheduled my learning work out. That'll teach them for cancelling on me. I am still coming.

I am going to do Sharon Mann pilates on the Curves off days. Tues, Thurs, Sat is Curves and Sharon Mann has me every other day.

Logging it daily. I've lost 9.5 pounds and my goal is to continue induction and add excercise in hopes of getting to 20 pounds for the month.

Looks like I have a night time .5 pound loss. I can't wait to do my official weight in the morning!

Dang I hope I make my goal. I want it bad!

Jeesh. I was reading some information online about Curves which I thought was a workout that burned 500 calories per 30 minutes of workout. Nope, it appears that it is akind to doing 30 minutes of medium-intensity walking (3-1/2 mph). So it seems like about 227 calories burned in 30 minutes at my weight. A little disappointing but I am going to stick with it. Doing something is better than the doing nothing that got me to my high weight.

My pilates workout out is burning about 139 calories at my weight.

I might have to start doing both routines everyday.

I ate a lot yesterday. Not off plan and under 20 carbs in the day. Dang, my weight fluxuated today up 2 pounds. I weigh daily and kow I have to deal with these fluxuations, but dang that sucks after days and days of being a half pound down each day. My goal looks like a million miles away today.
