Organic Brown Rice Syrup
I'm not a meal drinker, never found them to be as satisfying for my hunger as actually eating.

Anyway, the brown rice syrup would keep me away. I'll have to google it, I wonder if it's another way to sneak fructose in?

Actually, it sounds like the anti-fructose. It is mostly glucose. Maybe not so bad if your body can handle it. Unfortunately they make it with barley though... I wonder if it really is gluten free?

at 2 gms carbs per scoop minus the fibre, I think I could handle the brown rice syrup....maybe.
