Default forskolin?

Hi everyone. In many a lipolysis study in cell cuture, forskolin is used as an lipolytic activator. I thought "hey!" what if were sold as a supplement? And it is apparently. However I have found no studies of this supplement's effect on weight loss.

Has anybody ever tried forskolin? I've seen it mentioned mostly on muscle-building sites with a high level of testosterone contamination.

Read this and the linked sections to see if it helps you understand the effects of this chemical.

I love forskolin...I love Ayurveda herbs in general, but almost all of them have some excellent efficacy. Bacopa?? Not so much, but Tripahala, Ashwaganda and Forskholli have a great track record.

If you get this product, get Natures Herbs or Solarays Ayurvedic line..great products at good prices.

I like Forskholli added into a stack of cayenne, green tea, ginger and if one can handle it...ephedra\bitter orange and caffeine.
But the caffiene has to be 10 times the amount of ephedra.

Ex.

20 mgs ephedra
200 mgs caffiene

Or you could forgo the ephedra and caffiene and try the stack alone.

Coleus Forskholli gets 2 big thumbs up.
