Default Little Red's Exercise Log

Hmmm, interesting, didn't know there was a way to create an exercise log until I stumbled on it today!! Here's the exercise I can remember over the last week . . . we drove one of the routes in the car and estimated that we can walk about 3 miles in 1 hour.

Monday June 9 PM - walked for 1 hr 15 mins
Sunday June 8 PM - walked for 1 hr 10 mins
Friday June 6 PM - walked for 1 hr 5 mins
Thursday June 5 PM - walked for 1 hr 30 mins
Monday June 2 AM - walked for 55 mins

Sometimes we get lost in our new neighborhood and walk a lot longer and further than 1 hour/3miles!! We also have to take 2-3 little breaks along the way to let the pups drink from their water bottles.

Note: "We" = BF, 3 dogs (ages 11, 6, 3) & me

Manual labor -- 1 hour.

(We put up chain link fence panels on one side of house for new dog run/kennel; then took down the block fence on the other side of house to allow access for pool excavating equipment and crew.)

Slacking off the last couple days.

Walked 60 minutes tonight after the sun went down. Temp was still 105 F outside when we got back at 9:00 PM.

Walked almost 4 miles in 70 minutes. Even though we took water, the dogs were lagging. I guess 102 is just too hot for their little paws to sweat properly.
