Cool low carb foods

Hey I am brand new to low carb dieting!! I have heard great things about it and day one of my new low carb eating starts tomorrow
Anyhow ... what I was wondering is if anybody knows the link to a website that gives a list of low carb foods (fruits, veggies, meat etc) I can include in my shopping list!

Hi Ann

It might help to give you some ideas by checking out this thread of LC foods in UK Supermarkets.

As Judi says the Atkins Book is the best solution for loads of questions.

Take care.
