Default Triathlon LC ?'s?????

Hello all my fellow excercisers.. I am currently training for an Ironman distance race in November.. www.silvermannv.com and was wondering if anyone has done this while on low carb? In my pic attached to my profile was on low carb with zero cardio for 16 weeks. Training for 140.6 miles is another beeaotch in itself. anyone have any thoughts? please help. running my azz off, spin classes till my legs feel like forest gump and swimming like a baby sea lion in the pool...

105 days to go..

There are some people who claim it is possible to adapt to doing endurance sports just burning fat. I've adapted compared to where I was when I first started running and swimming and I need far fewer carbs, but I am also smaller so maybe that is a factor. I am also not doing anything remotely like training for an Ironman, but there is an ultra runner on the forum who will probably respond. In any case, good luck! I am thinking about getting into multisports events with an Aquathlon next year.
