I found this recipe a couple of years ago on the Low Carb Friends website but it isn't posted there anymore. These are a great little snack and my co-workers who aren't low carbing love them. I hope every one here enjoys them too!

Garlic-Pepper Parmesan Crisps

12 ounces parmesan cheese -- shredded
2 teaspoons garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Sprinkle cheese mixture into a 1 1/2 inch round cookie cutter on a non-stick cookie sheet. Repeat, placing 16 circles oon each sheet.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly then remove to racks to cool completely.
