Today’s planned menus:
Breakfast: FF Greek Yoghurt with fresh blueberries and 150ml V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Celery sticks with houmous
Lunch: Salmon Caesar Salad
Mid-afternoon Snack: Caramel ricotta creme
Dinner: Grilled Salmon with pak choi, fruit TBD



Salmon, salmon and more salmon for me today!

My menu for today includes:
Prewalk -4oz yougurt with peaches
Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 pieces canadian bacon, multi-grain pita, a little 2% cheese and fat free milk.
Lunch: taco salad
S:?
D: chili
S: fat free white chocolate pudding with fat free topping
Also my usual 100+ ounces of water

B: 2 eggs with some (about an ounce I think) cheese, and 2 very thin slices ham. BIG BIG glass of water.
S: raw veggies (I am trying to eat my "snack" at 7:45am before I start teaching)
L: ham and turkey slices (very thin) apple, raw vegetables, more water.
S: sf lf yogurt
S: 10 almonds
D: cheesy chicken and greenbean bake (new recipe!)

My foot (broke it several months ago) has been keeping me at home with my feet up and unable to shop the last few days. And entirely dependent on my DH's cooking. I'm sending him to the store this morning with a detailed list with brand names, weights, and identifying marks so he can shop for me.

B: Eggbeater and lf cheddar scramble and sf coffee w/ ff half & half (I ended up adding some fresh salsa to the Eggbeaters and cheese. Yum!)
S: celery w/ hummus
L: turkey salad made w/ avocado instead of mayo on salad greens and sf decaf iced tea
S: almonds
D: salmon steak, aspargus, and maybe wax beans or mock mashed and sf decaf iced tea
S: strawberries and lf cottage cheese

It's my second day!! So good so far.

B: Ricotta cream made with Da Vinci syrup, coffee with ff half & half
S: Green pepper with lf cheese
L: Leftovers from last nights dinner (grilled steak w/onions, marinated tomatoes)
S: LF cheese stick, 15 nuts
D: Chili & sugar free Jello for dessert

It seems like I'm eating a lot!!
