I am trying to post at least every couple of days. With nursing school, it is hard to find time to get on here and post, but I am sticking with my exercise program and eating plan.

I don't mind you checking in on my gym log. I actually like others to check in and give any suggestions that they might have regarding my workouts if they see something that needs tweaking.

It is a challenge some days to get my workouts in but so far I am managing.

Last night did 20 min. pilates video and 30 min. abs video.

Today was lower body machines 45 min.; Crossramp (crosstraining 2) 50 minutes, 4 miles, 500 calories burned.

Will try to work in pilates and abs videos again although tonight is crammed with stuff to do!

Has been a busy week and I didn't get a chance to get to the gym on Wednesday or Thursday. I also didn't make the time to get any exercising done at home with my videos.

Today was a good workout though and plan to go again tomorrow.
