Chubz, I'm doing Primal Blueprint too, and cheese and fruit are allowed, though oats are not encouraged.
Also, read what Mark says about Glucose Load (very different from Glucose Index). I found that a huge help.
I've only been on it for three weeks, but I've already lost four pounds. I'm never hungry, though I admit to having low energy. But I think that exercising will help that.
