Up a bit but I sense the downward trend. I finalized my divorce on Wednesday and ate some carby schnitzel made with grain-free matzoh mix as breading in celebration. Hopefully, have the stress of court out of the way will help things off.

Ms Arielle - So true! I'm struggling with post-5p ennui, just can't seem to get moving once it gets dark early---ugh.

At last, a Monday weigh-in that is good news for a change! Just walked 2 miles on the treadmill at 3.7 MPH and finished an overnight 16/8 fast that may end up being 20+ hours as I have no appetite right now---almost too good to be true---hahaha! I do have 2 coffees with a little half-half for 48 cals. on fasting mornings; understand up to 50 cals. (like broth) is OK during 16/8 IF. Well, hope it is <gulp>!

Won't get too excited just yet as I tend to bounce around a bit.
