Smile Pregnancy and Keto

Hello everyone,

My DH and I are going to try to conceive in about a month. However, we follow the Keto lifestyle. From what I understand, once I get pregnant as long as I get 100 healthy carbs a day in I should be fine. However, I am concerned about the weight gain. See, right now we eat less that 25g of carbs a day. Will upping it to 100 exacerbate the weight gain that I am regardless going to have during pregnancy?

What has been the experience of those ladies that were on Keto when they became pregnant? Would love some feedback. Thank you!!

What a great forum btw :-)!!
