I did, kind of. Specially after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes. But I kept being scolded for not eating my bread, pasta, rice and fruits

After a while I just lied

From what I have read, people who low-carbed during pregnancy had good experiences, and it didn't seem to cause them any problems.

I was LC before I got pregnant and stayed LC throughout. My pregnancy was super easy. I had no morning sickness and once I got through a few tiring weeks in the first trimester (making a placenta is exhausting work!) I felt great. I didn't really feel pregnant the whole while. I also had a net gain of 12 pounds. I was overweight when I started the pregnancy.

I got chewed out, offered nutritional counseling, and worse comments from my midwives for being LC . If I am not already established with an LC-friendly care provider for my next pregnancy I will just fib my way through
