Default Vitamins

I have a question regarding vitamins. In any of the food combining books is there a list of recommended vitamins we should be taking?? If so, can you please let me know. As of right now I am not taking any, and I know I should be...
Thanks!

Some books, like 'Fit for Life' say it is unnecessary to take vitiamins. Personally I take a multivitamin and mineral and a fish oil capsule every day.

I don't take any vitamins but I do eat at least 2 pieces of fruit every day so I get vitamins from that.

I am just afraid that I am not getting enough vitamins even though I eat about 3 servings of fruit, 2 serving of veggies at lunch and a big salad at dinner. With either a protein or carb with the meals...so I should be getting enough just afraid that I am now...kwim?

those veggies give you the vitamin C and lots of phytonutrients. Now about those other vitamins...

I take cod liver oil and nothing else. It gives me A,D,K and omega 3 all in one convenient package. Practically everything I eat has B vitamins. It goes with being a carnivore. I could possibly be low on C I guess. I think I'll go take one tonight!

It is gross but you can buy it in capsules and just swallow them. I also take cod liver oil.
